Sober living gives women a chance to make changes in their life while being surrounded by support and accountability. This is a unique opportunity to practice living a chemical and alcohol free life. I encourage everyone to find something they are passionate about while living in these houses, that can be anything from yoga to cooking, knitting, making jewelry or any activity that promotes creativity.

Presently I am the only woman to own and operate sober housing for women in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

I have been in recovery since 2004 and have found my life to be profoundly changed in such a positive way since making that choice.
