- 1 short-block walk to the #16 bus-route, which connects both St. Paul and Minneapolis and accesses all transfers in between both cities
- The House is a 1910 Victorian that has been completely renovated and updated.
The rent is $575.00 per month (with a $100.00 Damage Deposit) and includes all utilities, cable and internet in each bedroom and a shared computer in the foyer. This also includes all cleaning supplies and paper products for the house.
Everyone living in the house must follow a program of recovery by attending 3 AA meetings per week, have a sponsor and do regular service work in the community. Residents must work, volunteer or attend school a minimum of 30 hours per week. The house meets once a week to discuss house issues and their recovery progress. Everyone is encouraged to also find something outside of AA to get involved in wither that be Yoga, gardening , knitting, making jewelry or exercise. If you want to learn how to do something we will find a way to help you.
Throughout the year we will be working on projects to be sold at various venues around the Twin Cities and all proceeds go to the women in recovery who helped in the construction of the various craft items.
