Completely renovated Mansion located on Grand Avenue in the Historic Summit Hill Neighborhood

Cable T.V. in living rooms only, free long distance phone, and wireless internet
Includes all cleaning supplies and paper products for the house, coin-op washer and dryer, and live in house manager
House Fee is $650.00 per month (with a $300.00 Sobriety Deposit) and includes all utilities.
Everyone living in the house must follow a program of recovery by attending 3 AA meetings per week, have a sponsor and do regular service work in the community. Residents must work, volunteer or attend school a minimum of 30 hours per week. Residents meet once a week to discuss house issues and their recovery progress. Everyone is encouraged to also find something outside of AA to get involved in wither that be yoga, gardening, knitting, making jewelry or exercise. If you want to learn how to do something we will find a way to help you.
